Retail Sales Representative, Battery Systems

What You'll Do8
- 1Sell batteries and related products to customers on the sales floor, via phone, and email, ensuring a positive customer experience
- 2Recover used batteries safely following environmental and safety protocols
- 3Perform customer installations of batteries in vehicles, ensuring proper handling and disposal
- 4Execute warehouse tasks including shipping, receiving, loading, inventory control, and battery maintenance
- 5Record processes and procedures accurately to support inventory and quality standards
- 6Drive occasional deliveries to support customer relationships and service
- 7Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely, following OSHA guidelines
- 8Contribute to process improvements and demonstrate excellence in daily operations
Requirements8
- 11+ years of experience in warehouse operations or retail sales preferred
- 2Experience with safe forklift driving practices and material handling equipment
- 3Strong face-to-face customer service skills in a retail or warehouse setting
- 4Ability to lift heavy batteries (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
- 5Basic computer skills for order entry and inventory tracking
- 6High school diploma or equivalent
- 7Valid driver's license for occasional deliveries
- 8Availability to work Monday-Friday daytime hours with occasional weekends
