Overview
As a Retail Sales Lead at Savage X Fenty's first brick-and-mortar store in Las Vegas, you will own the daily sales floor operations and team performance, delivering the brand's unique customer experience. You will partner with the Store Leader to build an inclusive, high-energy team of sales advisors and drive key business metrics. This role blends customer engagement, team coaching, and visual merchandising leadership. You will be part of a pioneering retail launch, shaping the store's culture from the ground up.
What You'll Do7
- 1Lead the store team to deliver an exceptional customer journey, upholding Savage X Fenty values and brand ethos.
- 2Drive sales and KPI achievement by coaching team members on performance targets and fostering a culture of ownership.
- 3Partner with the Store Leader to implement visual merchandising standards, using VM guides to maintain store presentation.
- 4Provide real-time feedback and training to sales associates on customer service model, product knowledge, and operational procedures.
- 5Engage guests and VIP members with body positivity and authentic product recommendations, building loyal customer relationships.
- 6Model personal performance targets and serve as a role model for the sales team.
- 7Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating company values and goals to all team members.
Requirements7
- 11-2 years in a high-volume retail environment (plus).
- 2Proven ability to lead and motivate a team toward common goals.
- 3Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- 4Comfortable with technology, including POS systems and mobile devices.
- 5Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
- 6Capacity to handle multiple initiatives and adapt to changing priorities.
- 7Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
