As a Retail Sales Associate at EZPAWN, you own the customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment, handling sales, loans, and negotiations on items like jewelry, electronics, and musical instruments. You work directly with customers daily, building relationships and closing deals. What You'll Do8
- 1Greet customers in person and on the phone, providing a friendly and respectful environment that builds loyalty.
- 2Process sales, pawn loans, and extensions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- 3Negotiate with customers to reach mutually satisfying agreements on pawned items.
- 4Assess and appraise items such as jewelry, electronics, tools, and firearms to determine loan values.
- 5Perform opening and closing duties, including cash handling and store security.
- 6Maintain product displays and store cleanliness to enhance the customer experience.
- 7Learn and apply company policies, procedures, and state regulations regarding pawn transactions.
- 8Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and exceed customer expectations.
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or GED.
- 2Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
- 3Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 4Work well independently and as a member of a team.
- 5Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
- 6Pass a criminal background check and drug test after a conditional offer.
- 7Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- 8Knowledge of commonly pawned items like tools, jewelry, firearms, or electronics is a plus.
- 9Sales background is a plus.
- 10Bilingual is a plus.
