What You'll Do7
- 1Build relationships with customers from greeting through post-sale contact, using benchmark selling techniques for retail, custom, and rental sales.

- 3Drive store sales volume by consistently demonstrating selling techniques and encouraging team selling at every opportunity.
- 4Assist with visual merchandising, store setup, and related projects, including conducting merchandise stock counts.
- 5Handle cash register transactions as a cashier at the point of sale, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- 6Adapt to new programs and technologies as they are introduced, maintaining a customer-obsessed approach.
- 7Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills, applying learnings to daily interactions.
Requirements7
- 11+ years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or a related field.
- 2Ability to stand and walk for the majority of a work shift, with frequent bending, squatting, and twisting.
- 3Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb a ladder to reach merchandise or supplies.
- 4Vision sufficient to see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
- 5High school diploma or equivalent.
- 6Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- 7Strong communication and interpersonal skills to consult with team members at all levels.
