Retail Merchandising Specialist, Fixture Installation
Overview
You'll own in-store merchandising and fixture installation for retail clients, turning planograms into customer-ready displays. Your work directly impacts how shoppers interact with products, from endcaps to signage refreshes. You'll lead a team installing and troubleshooting displays, kiosks, AV systems, and security devices, while handling light construction. This role blends hands-on technical work with travel and independence, offering visible results daily.

- 2Lead a team installing and troubleshooting displays, kiosks, AV systems, and security devices.
- 3Handle light construction and fixture setup, keeping projects organized.
- 4Document work through photos and videos, then submit same-day reports to your District Manager.
- 5Coordinate team efforts and step up when needed to keep projects on track.
- 6Travel by car and plane for assignments, including occasional overnights.
- 7Lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders while staying active throughout the day.
- 8Use a Wi-Fi/GPS enabled smart device to stay connected and submit updates.
Requirements7
- 11 year of retail or electronics merchandising experience.
- 2Confidence reading and executing planograms accurately.
- 3Strong communication and independent work skills.
- 4Flexible availability, including weekends and overnights.
- 5Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- 6Experience with hand and power tools, including a cordless drill.
- 7Ability to obtain power-lift/equipment certification within 30 days of hire.
