Retail Merchandiser, In-Store Display & Planogram Execution
Overview
Support store-level merchandising and display execution across assigned locations. Own product placement, shelf organization, and planogram adherence to ensure items look appealing and are restocked promptly. Work on a flexible, contractor basis with periodic visits and seasonal intensification. This role offers independence, a straightforward reporting flow, and the chance to earn per-visit pay.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and refresh product displays following planograms
- 2Maintain accurate shelf organization and display standards in assigned stores
- 3Remove damaged or discontinued items from shelves
- 4Capture date-stamped photos of completed work and upload to reporting system
- 5Submit invoices after each completed visit
- 6Follow written instructions and communicate updates via email or phone
- 7Visit stores on a flexible schedule and adapt to holiday season workload
- 8Report issues or discrepancies to supervisors in a timely manner
- 9Maintain safety and lifting requirements during store visits
- 10Support store teams with merchandising tasks as needed
