What You'll Do8
- 1Provide day-to-day ServiceChannel functional and technical support, coordinating root cause analysis and resolution with internal teams and vendors.
- 2Support system implementations and releases, managing configuration updates, data migration, regression testing, and rollout across production, test, training, and development environments.
- 3Coordinate vendor activities and support services for Lucernex and other operational systems, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
- 4Drive technology projects from planning through deployment, including requirements gathering, design review, testing, and user acceptance.
- 5Execute functional, integration, and user acceptance testing for ServiceChannel changes, tracking defects and validating production.
- 6Document system functionality, release notes, standard operating procedures, and user guides for ServiceChannel and Lucernex.
- 7Deliver training sessions for end users and stakeholders, improving adoption of ServiceChannel and Lucernex applications.
- 8Support Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and IT audits, ensuring data integrity and security across retail facilities systems.
Requirements6
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Operations, or equivalent experience.
- 2Experience supporting business applications and technology platforms, including ServiceChannel or Lucernex.
- 32+ years in system support or coordination, with proven troubleshooting of configuration and functional issues.
- 4Experience documenting business needs, process flows, and user guides for ServiceChannel or Lucernex.
- 5Ability to coordinate tasks, timelines, and meetings across cross-functional teams.
- 6Clear communication with business users, IT partners, and vendors on technical topics.
