You will run the daily operations of a busy Domino's Pizza store in Portland, Oregon, owning store performance, team leadership, and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do9
- 1Oversee Domino's store operations, including opening, closing, and shift transitions.
- 2Manage a team of 10-15 crew members, scheduling shifts, training, and coaching for performance.
- 3Own the customer experience, resolving issues in-store or over the phone.
- 4Control food costs and inventory using Domino's systems, adjusting orders as needed.
- 5Ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards, passing local health inspections.
- 6Drive sales by promoting Domino's online and phone orders, and upselling on delivery.
- 7Maintain equipment and facilities, reporting and fixing issues to prevent downtime.
- 8Track metrics like delivery time, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction daily.
- 9Handle cash management, including daily deposits and POS reconciliation.
Requirements8
- 11-2 years of restaurant management experience, with 3-5 years preferred.
- 21-2 years of pizza making experience (preferred) and 1 year with Domino's.
- 3Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and 1 year driving experience.
- 4Reliable personal vehicle for commuting to and from work.
- 5Full use of arms and legs to handle pizza prep, lifting up to 50 pounds.
- 6Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, often 8-10 hours.
- 721 years or older and authorized to work in the US.
- 8Flexible schedule: days, nights, weekends, holidays, between 10am and 2am.
