Restaurant General Manager, Pizza Hut Minneapolis
Overview
You will own daily operations of a single Pizza Hut restaurant with 10-45 employees, driving guest satisfaction, sales growth, and team retention. As part of a large Ayvaz Pizza franchise, you lead a management team across all shifts. You focus on financial controls, people development, and BKC compliance. This role offers upward mobility into multi-unit leadership.
What You'll Do8
- 1Drive daily store operations to meet sales and profit targets while maintaining Pizza Hut standards.
- 2Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10-45, including Shift Coordinators and Assistant Managers.
- 3Control costs through P&L analysis, labor scheduling, and inventory management.
- 4Ensure guest satisfaction by monitoring service speed, food quality, and store cleanliness.
- 5Train team members on BKC procedures and Pizza Hut systems, certifying them on key stations.
- 6Hire, onboard, and retain top talent; conduct performance reviews and address issues promptly.
- 7Collaborate with the District Manager to implement local marketing and community engagement.
- 8Maintain a safe, compliant work environment per OSHA and franchise policies.
Requirements7
- 11-2 years of restaurant management experience.
- 2High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
- 3Strong P&L understanding and ability to interpret financial reports.
- 4Proven leadership in a fast-paced, hands-on role with 10+ team members.
- 5Ability to work long or irregular shifts, including extra shifts as needed.
- 6Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old.
- 7Complete all internal certification programs within 90 days.
