Overview
Assist guests with orders and service at Embassy Suites in Grapevine, delivering friendly hospitality at scale. What You'll Do5
- 1Greet guests and take and deliver orders ensuring timely service
- 2Schedule reservations and assist with special requests or events
- 3Coordinate with kitchen to monitor tables and handle guest questions or concerns
- 4Process payments, ensure accurate tip reporting, and close out sales
- 5Maintain clean, fully stocked service stations and assist with resetting tables
Requirements5
- 1Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to obtain within 60 days)
- 2Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- 3Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- 4Restaurant, customer service, or cashier experience preferred
- 5No experience required if attitude and teamwork are strong
