Candidates will travel to scheduled locations perform daily cleaning tasks report damages and maintain professional standards.
What You'll Do9
- 1Travel to client homes on time
- 2Review and complete cleaning checklists for each appointment
- 3Perform routine and deep cleaning of residential properties
- 4Dust vacuum sweep mop and disinfect designated areas
- 5Clean kitchens bathrooms bedrooms living areas and other spaces
- 6Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly
- 7Restock cleaning supplies as needed
- 8Report property damage or maintenance concerns observed during cleanings
- 9Complete each cleaning thoroughly before leaving the property
Requirements9
- 1At least 2 years of professional residential cleaning experience
- 2Experience as a residential cleaner housekeeper or maid professional
- 3Ability to read and communicate in English
- 4Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- 5Willingness to obtain liability insurance
- 6Background check required
- 7Knowledge of cleaning products chemicals and proper cleaning techniques
- 8Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- 9Physical stamina to stand bend kneel and perform tasks throughout the day
Salary Insight
$52 - $73k per year
