Repair & Shop Supervisor Flow Control Group
Overview
Leading a team to maintain flow and objectives of the service department. This person answers service calls emails and schedules repair work. Works with coordinators and Shop Manager to ensure efficiency and accuracy while maintaining repair schedules.
What You'll Do8
- 1Answer customer calls and emails
- 2Resolve customer issues and inquiries promptly
- 3Create estimates for equipment repairs
- 4Order repair materials based on job scope
- 5Follow up on repair part orders for timely service
- 6Coordinate with Sales on customer repair approvals
- 7Supervise shop employees and oversee daily activities
- 8Perform other duties as assigned by manager
