- 1Build and maintain telemetry monitoring systems using Cerner EMR
- 2Design patient care workflows for adult geriatric populations
- 3Lead multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
- 4Ship new equipment and software updates across locations
- 5Drive revenue growth through effective patient flow management
- 6Analyze clinical data to identify trends and quality improvement opportunities
- 7Collaborate with physicians to develop treatment protocols
- 8Implement evidence based practices to reduce readmission rates
- 9Mentor junior staff through on site training sessions
- 10Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of nursing experience
- 3Active RN license in good standing
- 4Minimum 2 years Telemetry experience
- 5Current BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA
- 6Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- 7Travel experience required
