What You'll Do9
- 1Demonstrate practical technical skills for peri-operative nursing per regulatory standards
- 2Fill circulator scrub or pre-post operative staff nurse roles
- 3Oversee instrument setup using preference cards and anticipate surgeon needs
- 4Maintain good interpersonal relationships with patients coworkers and health team members
- 5Communicate post-op care instructions and relay handoff information to recovery staff
- 6Monitor operating room flow notify physicians of delays and assist with turnovers
- 7Clean and operate sterilizing machines such as steam autoclave for retrievals and transfers
- 8Escort spouses to collection room and facilitate sample handoff to embryology lab
- 9Responsible for sterilization processes and patient care throughout surgical procedures
Requirements5
- 1RN with current valid Indiana license BLS and ACLS required
- 2Fertility OB/GYN or other women's health experience preferred
- 35+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 4Experience with AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification
- 5Knowledge of Kubernetes container orchestration
