Pavilion 7 is a medical-surgical unit specializing in orthopedic and neurological diagnoses. It includes 8 stroke beds and 3 EMU beds for seizure monitoring. The nursing staff provides 24-hour care with a collaborative interdisciplinary team. This role focuses on delivering individualized patient attention within a comprehensive stroke center.
What You'll Do6
- 1Own and manage patient care using the nursing process and therapeutic interventions
- 2Supervise and provide direct care to a group of patients over a designated period
- 3Communicate effectively with internal staff management and physicians
- 4Apply Cooper core values in daily interactions
- 5Implement telemetry monitoring on selected unit beds as needed
- 6Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient treatment
Requirements5
- 1Current NJ-RN License
- 2Current NJ-BLS Certification
- 3Graduate of NLN accredited School of Nursing
- 45+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 5Experience with AWS certified solutions
