Requirements12
- 1Graduate degree in Nursing required Bachelor of Science preferred
- 2Registered Nurse license and American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification
- 31-3 years of relevant clinical experience
- 4Proficiency in EHR systems and documentation standards
- 5Ability to lift and reposition patients up to 250 pounds with assistance
- 6Strong communication skills in written and oral English
- 7Experience with diverse patient populations across multiple age groups
- 8Physical stamina to stand walk and perform repetitive motions
- 9Competence with medical terminology and evidence-based practices
- 10Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- 11Understanding of hospital policies regarding patient confidentiality and safety
