What You'll Do7
- 1Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living ADLs including bathing dressing grooming and mobility support using patient transfer methods and equipment such as Hoyer lifts
- 2Monitor patient health by observing vital signs recognizing changes in condition and reporting findings accurately using Electronic Health Record EHR or Electronic Medical Record EMR systems
- 3Administer medications and perform catheter care following home healthcare regulations and medical terminology standards
- 4Support clients with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease through specialized memory care techniques and compassionate engagement
- 5Provide companionship and emotional support while maintaining patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
- 6Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning laundry meal preparation and ensuring a safe environment for clients with mobility challenges or disabilities
- 7Document medical records and care activities thoroughly to ensure compliance with home health agency standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in geriatrics dementia care and end of life care practices
- 3Alzheimer’s strong understanding of home community care regulations to ensure all services are delivered safely and compliantly
- 4Pay $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
