What You'll Do7
- 1Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans for clients with autism and developmental disabilities
- 2Educate clients and families on behavioral strategies to promote skill development
- 3Collect data on client progress and behavior ensuring accurate medical records
- 4Provide support across home school and community settings
- 5Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust treatment plans based on client needs
- 6Maintain confidentiality of all client information in compliance with HIPAA
- 7Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills in special education and patient care
Requirements5
- 1Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician preferred
- 2Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- 3Ability to educate clients and families effectively with patience and empathy
- 4Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 5Capacity to work collaboratively within a team while remaining self-motivated
