- 1Deliver SMART customer service while assisting shoppers and answering product questions
- 2Stock merchandise by unloading freight and organizing inventory on shelves
- 3Support store operations by verifying deliveries and preparing dock areas
- 4Maintain safety compliance when handling hazardous materials and heavy equipment
- 5Operate scanning devices and warehouse tools to improve efficiency
- 6Pitch in to complete additional fulfillment tasks as needed
- 7Use the Orders App to manage flatbed delivery assignments
- 8Load delivery orders while ensuring quality and safe practices
- 9Rotate orders by delivery date and resolve customer concerns
- 10Communicate proactively with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction
- 11Execute delivery readiness best practices across all operations
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- 23 months experience operating forklift or power equipment
- 36 months experience in warehouse inventory handling
- 4Bilingual skills preferred
- 5Military and veteran candidates encouraged
