Quantitative Analyst, Treasury & Deal Ops
Overview

You'll ensure clean reconciliations and efficient settlements across fund portfolios. You'll work with fund administrators and internal teams to resolve breaks and automate workflows. This role stands out for its focus on data integrity and scaling operational infrastructure, not just day-to-day tasks.

- 2Manage audit document collection and organization, contributing analytical frameworks for internal control reviews.
- 3Drive process improvement by learning manual workflows end-to-end, then proposing and iterating on more scalable solutions.
- 4Build reporting tools and dashboards in Excel and Python to surface KPIs and flag data anomalies.
- 5Initiate outgoing wires for deal fundings and settlements, verifying payment instructions match executed docs and standing settlement instructions.
- 6Support cash rebalancing and near-term liquidity projections across fund portfolios.
- 7Execute loan servicing workflows including interest accruals, rate resets, draws, paydowns, fees, and PIK.
Requirements6
- 1Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field like mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
- 21-2 years of hands-on experience in treasury or operations, preferably in private debt or middle market loans.
- 3Strong working knowledge of Excel; familiarity with Python, SQL, or scripting tools for automation is a plus.
- 4Proven ability to meet tight deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
- 5Ability to prioritize competing tasks with minimal supervision in a cross-functional team.
