What You'll Do9
- 1Perform dimensional mechanical and visual inspections of materials components and subassemblies
- 2Verify compliance with quality specifications and engineering drawings
- 3Utilize calipers micrometers and vision systems for precise measurements
- 4Interpret specifications and consult with cross-functional teams
- 5Maintain inventory logs and coordinate material transfers
- 6Complete inspection documentation and update audit records
- 7Lead improvements to Sage’s materials control system
- 8Ensure clean safe workspace and follow quality procedures
- 9Prepare weekly timesheets and track productivity metrics
Requirements5
- 1Minimum 5 years experience in medical device manufacturing quality roles
- 2Proficiency with Spark Airflow and AWS platforms
- 3Strong GD&T knowledge and AQL sampling techniques
- 4Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret specifications
- 5Manual dexterity and ability to work independently
