Lead ownership of performance safety and reliability for HVAC recovery and vacuum pump products. Drive cross functional collaboration with design engineering and manufacturing teams. Develop and execute IOVV test plans focusing on performance reliability and safety. Ensure adherence to EPA refrigerant handling guidelines ISO 9001:2015 and international electrical safety standards including IECEx and ATEX.
What You'll Do5
- 1Ensure performance safety and reliability of HVAC recovery and vacuum pump products
- 2Collaborate with overseas ODM/OEM partners and participate in process and quality audits
- 3Build test prototypes to validate performance against requirements
- 4Create robust verification and validation test plans covering performance reliability and safety
- 5Maintain compliance with EPA refrigerant handling guidelines ISO 9001:2015 and U.S. and international electrical safety standards including IECEx and ATEX
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Safety and reliability of pumps/vacuums medical device semiconductor industries
- 3NO oil & gas experience
- 4Knowledge of pneumatic/hydraulic pumps nitrogen regulators pressure pumps manifold gauges calibration pumps
- 5Product development from concept through validation
- 6Understanding of compliance with EPA refrigerant handling guidelines ISO 9001:2015 and U.S. and international electrical safety standards including IECEx and ATEX
- 7Collaboration with overseas ODM/OEM partners
- 8Participation in process and quality audits
