What You'll Do8

- 2Drive test execution across functional, regression, and integration cycles using Jira and TestRail.
- 3Lead the testing team in daily standups, assigning tasks and tracking progress against milestones.
- 4Own defect management, triaging issues with developers and ensuring rapid resolution.
- 5Build and maintain test environments and test data, coordinating with DevOps for CI/CD pipelines.
- 6Report on quality metrics and risk status to stakeholders every week.
- 7Coach and mentor testers, fostering a culture of proactive quality.
- 8Champion automation initiatives, identifying candidates for Selenium and Postman.
Requirements8
- 15+ years managing QA teams and test strategies in agile environments.
- 23+ years hands-on testing of web applications using Selenium and Postman.
- 3Experience with Jira and TestRail for test management and defect tracking.
- 4Solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and agile practices.
- 5Ability to define metrics and drive quality across multiple workstreams.
- 6Experience preparing test plans, schedules, and reports for executive review.
- 7Hands-on experience with SQL for back-end validation.
- 8Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
