What You'll Do10

  • 1Perform daily inspections of pump station construction and rehabilitation projects
  • 2Monitor contractor activities to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards
  • 3Inspect installation of pumps motors piping systems valves wet dry wells electrical instrumentation SCADA and site civil improvements
  • 4Document construction progress through daily reports photographs and field notes
  • 5Track quantities completed and assist with verification of contractor pay applications
  • 6Participate in project meetings and communicate inspection findings to project teams
  • 7Identify deficiencies non-conforming work and safety concerns
  • 8Coordinate with contractors engineers project managers and utility owners to resolve field issues
  • 9Verify testing and startup activities including pump pressure testing and commissioning
  • 10Maintain accurate project records throughout construction

Requirements8

  • 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 23-5 seasons managing complex infrastructure projects
  • 3Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites
  • 4Familiarity with water and wastewater pump station construction mechanical piping systems electrical equipment and controls
  • 5Ability to interpret engineering drawings and contract documents
  • 6Strong written documentation and report-writing skills
  • 7Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word
  • 8Experience with pipeline installation inspection and related activities
