What You'll Do9

Requirements7
- 1Based in the United States (required).
- 2Bachelor's degree in a STEM field strongly preferred.
- 33+ years of experience coordinating or managing projects, ideally with large, cross-functional teams.
- 4Hands-on experience with AI training-data or human-data initiatives—whether as a coordinator, team lead, EPM, or expert contributor.
- 5Familiarity with AI/data program coordination at companies like Meta, TikTok, Amazon, or similar, or prior Mercor project leadership experience is a plus.
- 6Strong proficiency with Excel, SQL, and a working knowledge of coding.
- 7Experience leading or managing people, or demonstrated ability to guide large groups effectively.
