Requirements10
- 15+ years managing program and project management with ownership of cross functional initiatives
- 2Proven experience leading governance risk management and stakeholder communication
- 3Tracking business outcomes and program benefits experience
- 4Informal mentoring or onboarding peers
- 5BS/BA in business information systems or related field
- 6Preferred PMP certification
- 7Experience with AI tools and data platforms
- 8Understanding of locum tenens staffing models and healthcare operations
