Production & Installation Labourer
Overview
We seek a reliable worker to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing and installation environment. This role involves assisting with workshop production, warehouse operations, machine use, and on-site installation of custom window covering products. What You'll Do10
- 1Assist with manufacturing and assembly of custom window covering products in workshop
- 2Operate shop equipment and tools including saws and cutting machines
- 3Use hand tools and power tools for fabrication and installation
- 4Handle material preparation and inventory in warehouse
- 5Load and unload materials tools and finished products
- 6Drive company vehicles for delivery and site assistance
- 7Perform residential and commercial installations on ladders and heights
- 8Maintain clean safe organized work areas
- 9Follow safety policies regarding machinery and job-site procedures
- 10Provide general support to production and installation teams
Requirements8
- 1Comfortable working in warehouse/workshop environments and active job sites
- 2Ability to safely use ladders and work at heights
- 3Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- 4Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn manufacturing processes
- 5Experience with hand tools and power tools preferred
- 6Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- 7Reliable punctual detail-oriented individual
- 8Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary Insight
$29 - $37k per year
