Overview
The Production Coordinator will own yard operations and supply management while driving efficiency. This role leads teams to meet production goals at scale. It differs by focusing on civil wet utilities and trenchless solutions.
What You'll Do12
- 1Direct production requirements for the assigned shift
- 2Monitor housekeeping and safety issues and react accordingly
- 3Handle documentation such as timesheets and production reports
- 4Ensure adequate staffing and adjust schedules based on changes
- 5Coordinate yard monitoring and address quality issues
- 6Plan and organize team meetings and staff communications
- 7Oversee shift coordination to maintain productivity and quality targets
- 8Work day evening or night shifts as needed
- 9Perform data entry with attention to detail
- 10Coordinate field services and verify technician credentials
- 11Schedule Safety Council training for site access
- 12Assist with various administrative tasks
Requirements10
- 1High School Diploma or GED
- 2BA or BS in supply chain management logistics or related field preferred
- 3CDL required
- 45+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 53-5 seasons leading production teams
- 6Strong math skills and attention to detail
- 7Critical thinking and analytical abilities
- 8Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- 9Ability to multitask effectively
- 10Adaptable and able to work under tight deadlines
