Product Manager, Retail Data Analytics
Overview
You will own and ship a new digital solution that turns operational food safety data into actionable insights for retail locations. The project is moving from proof-of-concept to enhancement, so you will drive the roadmap and collaborate with the QSR Intelligence Team. You'll work onsite in Saint Paul, Minnesota, with partial remote flexibility. This role stands out because you will shape a product from its early lifecycle and directly impact food safety performance across locations.
What You'll Do8
- 1Define the product roadmap and prioritize features for the Retail/QSR Intelligence platform.
- 2Translate operational data requirements into detailed user stories for the engineering team.
- 3Lead the transition from proof-of-concept to a scalable enhancement phase.
- 4Partner with stakeholders to identify key metrics and dashboards that improve food safety outcomes.
- 5Conduct user research and gather feedback from location managers to refine product functionality.
- 6Drive the adoption of the solution by creating internal training materials and demos.
- 7Monitor product performance and iterate on features to ensure data accuracy and usability.
- 8Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data pipelines support near real-time insights.
Requirements6
- 13+ years in product management, business analysis, or related role.
- 2Experience with SQL for querying and analyzing operational data.
- 32+ years working on digital products in retail, restaurant, or QSR domain.
- 4Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
- 5Strong stakeholder communication and requirement gathering skills.
- 6Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
