What You'll Do11
- 1Design and execute process engineering projects to improve manufacturing baselines and ensure scalability
- 2Utilize advanced techniques to characterize hardware–process interactions and enable performance optimization
- 3Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to implement new technologies and validate process improvements
- 4Generate comprehensive documentation for products and technical reports while supporting customer engagement
- 5Train engineers in measurement techniques and guide them through data interpretation and troubleshooting
- 6Lead functional teams or projects with minimal supervision and develop process engineering specifications
- 7Identify and partner with vendors to enhance process capabilities independently
- 8Analyze data using statistical methods and DOE to ensure repeatable results and process matching
- 9Develop new analytical instruments and implement novel technologies for measurement needs
- 10Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals and safety standards
- 11Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of learning and professional development
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 years experience in data tools and analytics platforms
- 3Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 43-5 Years relevant professional experience
- 5Proficiency in Python and cloud infrastructure solutions
- 6Expertise in semiconductor manufacturing processes
- 7Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- 8Experience with regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards
- 9Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- 10Commitment to continuous learning and technical mastery
- 11Certification in AWS Certified Solutions Architect recommended
