Requirements12
- 1Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field or equivalent industry experience
- 2Proven leadership skills executing large complex technical initiatives
- 3Extensive experience managing and leading engineers
- 4Fluency in Python including scientific computing libraries
- 5Track record of designing developing deploying ML solutions for autonomous vehicles or robotics
- 6Advanced knowledge of software engineering principles including design source control build processes code reviews testing
- 7Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 8Bonus points for embedded systems real-time optimization experience in autonomous driving
- 9Experience with state-of-the-art generative AI reinforcement learning paradigms
- 10Proven publication record in CVPR ICML NeurIPS ICCV ICL
- 11Strong programming skills in C++ and/or CUDA
