What You'll Do11
- 1Build and implement daily lesson plans aligned with preschool curriculum
- 2Design and organize classroom materials for hands-on learning
- 3Supervise children during activities ensuring safety and positive behavior
- 4Reinforce classroom rules and develop social-emotional skills
- 5Prepare and organize learning displays and resources
- 6Maintain clean and hazard-free classroom spaces
- 7Provide individualized support to children needing extra assistance
- 8Observe and report developmental progress to lead teacher
- 9Assist with daily routines including arrivals departures and meals
- 10Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent teaching practices
- 11Promote positive interactions and inclusive behavior among children
