Power Platform & Knowledge Management Specialist, Power Apps & Power Automate
Overview
Own enterprise knowledge management modernization at scale with a focus on document lifecycles. You will consolidate repositories, automate governance, and enable advanced search across internal content. You will build dashboards and user-facing support pages to drive adoption and efficiency. This role blends process improvement with hands-on platform development on the Microsoft Power Platform.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build and implement document approval workflows to streamline content management using Power Platform
- 2Analyze program control documents and enable automation within Power Apps to improve governance and lifecycle management
- 3Enable Copilot search capabilities across internal content to improve information retrieval
- 4Build Power BI dashboards to support analysis of program metrics
- 5Create user-friendly support pages for enterprise applications and develop decision/approval logs
- 6Consolidate multiple documentation repositories into a single, efficient system
- 7SharePoint Online site management including repositories, organization, and approval workflows
- 8Develop and support Power Automate solutions for process automation
- 9Collaborate with business stakeholders to drive adoption and continuous improvement
Requirements10
- 1Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including building and supporting Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
- 2Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, including managing repositories and approval workflows
- 3Knowledge of document governance and lifecycle management best practices
- 4Ability to analyze program control documents and support automation within PowerApps
- 5Experience with Power BI dashboards and data analysis
- 6Jira experience is a plus
- 7Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with direct stakeholder engagement
- 8Hybrid work model experience and willingness to collaborate across locations
- 9Contract role with W2 pay and hybrid setup
- 10Knowledge of Copilot search capabilities is a plus
