Overview
Popeyes Lead Cashier is a key member of the store team responsible for providing excellent customer service while serving travelers. What You'll Do11
- 1Work in a fun trusting environment focused on great customer service
- 2Serve each customer courteously, quickly and efficiently with a sincere positive attitude
- 3Process transactions on a point-of-sale register and maintain a clean food and beverage area
- 4Order receive and unload products and stock merchandise on planograms
- 5Perform cycle counts ensuring inventory accuracy
- 6Assist with creating and managing the team’s schedule
- 7Train lower-level cashiers on job duties
- 8Prioritize work according to store and management needs
- 9Know and follow safety guidelines and report unsafe situations
- 10Establish strong communication with leaders and co-workers
- 11Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements7
- 14+ years of cashier experience preferred
- 2Computer POS knowledge required
- 3Cash handling skills required
- 4Register audits and safe counting experience preferred
- 5Merchandising stocking experience required
- 6Good verbal communication skills
- 7Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and some holidays
