Overview
Pool Repair Technician at Pool and Spa Builders in Los Angeles will own field service for pool equipment at scale, supporting a growing team. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems across multiple client sites. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and diagnose pool equipment issues across pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems to restore operation
- 2Conduct routine maintenance checks and preemptive servicing to reduce costly repairs
- 3Install and configure new pool equipment for client sites and ensure proper integration
- 4Talk directly with clients to understand issues and deliver reliable fixes
- 5Ensure every job adheres to safety protocols and industry standards
- 6Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope
- 7Document service activities and update maintenance records
- 8Assist with commissioning and testing of newly installed systems
- 9Provide recommendations for equipment upgrades aligned with client needs
- 10Follow up post-service to verify customer satisfaction and system performance
Requirements10
- 1Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- 2Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 3Proven experience repairing and maintaining pool equipment
- 4Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- 5Ability to work solo or as part of a team
- 6Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment
- 7Solid knowledge of pool industry regulations and safety standards
