What You'll Do11
- 1Assist technicians with weekly pool cleaning and vacuuming routines
- 2Perform debris removal and tile line brushing
- 3Empty and refill skimmer and pump baskets
- 4Test water chemistry and document results
- 5Add chemicals according to safety protocols
- 6Support pool opening and closing procedures
- 7Install, remove, and store pool covers
- 8Transport equipment and supplies between job sites
- 9Load and unload service vehicles daily
- 10Carry out minor equipment repairs under supervision
- 11Maintain organized and professional work environments
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or GED preferred
- 2Previous labor or outdoor work experience is a plus
- 3Valid driver's license required for advancement
- 4Ability to lift 75 pounds
- 5Physical stamina for standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and outdoor work
- 6Comfort with variable weather conditions
- 7Strong teamwork and communication skills
