Plant Care Specialist
Overview
Lead daily plant care visits ensuring proper grooming watering pruning and debris removal while protecting flooring and furniture from moisture. Clean plants and decorative elements prevent disease insect damage and maintain scenting equipment. Drive service van navigate ladders and operate sharp tools. Provide customer service and coordinate with teams for installations and holiday décor.
What You'll Do11
- 1Apply appropriate water amounts based on lighting conditions and plant needs
- 2Maintain clean display containers free of dust and debris
- 3Ensure plants remain disease and insect free
- 4Drive service van in urban and rural settings
- 5Climb ladders safely and use pruners scissors and other sharp objects
- 6Recognize Ambius product needs to grow business
- 7Assist with landscaping installations including container gardens wall-mounted systems and commercial plantscapes
- 8Handle holiday decoration installation and removal
- 9Maintain scenting and air purification equipment
- 10Communicate product needs and coordinate with teams
- 11Follow labeling instructions for product mixing
Requirements8
- 1Experience caring for plants preferred
- 2High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- 3Valid driver's license from state of residence
- 4Available Monday Friday and Saturdays
- 5Solid reading writing and verbal communication skills
- 6Basic math skills to follow label mixing instructions
- 7Licenses certificates required by regulations
- 8Customer facing experience preferred
