What You'll Do11
- 1Prepare and assemble pizza doughs toppings and sauces according to established recipes
- 2Operate ovens mixers and slicing tools safely and efficiently
- 3Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations following food safety procedures
- 4Assist in menu planning by suggesting new toppings or specialty pizzas
- 5Ensure all food handling practices comply with health regulations
- 6Support high-volume production during peak hours while maintaining quality control
- 7Follow detailed recipes precisely to ensure consistency across all pizzas
- 8Have previous food service experience especially in restaurant or fast-paced kitchen settings
- 9Knowledge of food safety management and sanitizing procedures in commercial kitchens
- 10Experience with grilling braising poaching and culinary arts fundamentals
- 11Skilled in operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently under pressure

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2CPC Card certification
- 3BCBA certification
- 4AWS Certified
- 55+ years experience with Python
