Recruiter responsible for maintaining physician panel and meeting monthly targets in NYC area. Must exceed goals while fostering positive environment.
What You'll Do11
- 1Maintain physician profiles and updated fees
- 2Manage doctor groups and deactivate/reactivate physicians
- 3Process W9 and NPDB paperwork
- 4Negotiate contract terms per guidelines
- 5Conduct in-person clinic visits for block-time physicians
- 6Schedule appointments to maximize scheduling capacity
- 7Recruit doctors for Washington L&I clinic and surrounding states
- 8Address licensing and certification for recording permissions
- 9Perform in-person recruitment and relationship management
- 10Foster long-term partnerships with panel doctors
- 11Handle open service requests for urgent recruitment
Requirements10
- 1Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 25+ years physician recruitment experience in healthcare/insurance
- 3Knowledge of physician networks and medical terminology
- 4Understanding of state and federal compliance guidelines
- 5Strong negotiation and communication skills
- 6Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
- 7Computer literacy and typing proficiency
- 8Experience with W9 and NPDB documentation
- 9Familiarity with physician panel management systems
- 10Proficiency with CRM platforms for tracking prospects
