Overview
You will serve as the first point of contact for patients at a nationally recognized physical and occupational therapy clinic in Detroit, MI. You will manage front-desk operations, maintain patient records, and support the clinical team in delivering care for difficult diagnoses. What You'll Do8

- 7Support the clinical team by preparing treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions.

Requirements8
- 1Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with 3+ years in medical, hospitality, or high-level customer service settings.
- 2Proven ability to build relationships and encourage patients with warmth and empathy.
- 3Strong problem-solving skills and loads of common sense in dynamic situations.
- 4Superior listening skills and a talent for anticipating the needs of others.
