Overview
Join NJ Spine and Joint as a Physical Therapy Aide and own patient preparation and session support for a multi-specialty clinic in Cedar Grove, New Jersey. You'll set up treatment areas, monitor patient safety, and assist with mobility across chiropractic and physical therapy services. Work directly with Physical Therapists and Chiropractors in a welcoming environment. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and direct patient interaction.
What You'll Do6
- 1Prepare treatment areas by setting up necessary equipment and ensuring cleanliness and organization
- 2Monitor and observe patients during sessions to ensure safety and comfort
- 3Assist patients in moving to and from therapy sessions, helping with mobility as needed
- 4Maintain and clean equipment before and after use
- 5Provide compassionate and respectful care, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- 6Support patient care as directed by Physical Therapists, assistants, and Chiropractors
Requirements6
- 11+ years of experience in patient care or a related field
- 2Strong communication skills for clear patient interaction
- 3Time management skills to handle multiple sessions
- 4Organization skills to maintain a clean and prepared clinic
- 5Knowledge of medical terminology
- 6Customer service skills to ensure patient satisfaction
