What You'll Do9
- 1Own and execute comprehensive patient evaluations and diagnosis

- 4Maintain thorough clinical documentation and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary providers

- 6Support clinic operations and contribute to process optimization
- 7Pursue continuing education and obtain certifications such as OCS and COMT
- 8Mentor new graduates and provide guidance to early-career clinicians
- 9Implement clinical excellence initiatives through ongoing learning and company programs
Requirements7
- 1New Jersey Physical Therapist License required
- 2Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 3Proficiency in computer systems and electronic medical records
- 4Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience
- 5Experience with orthopedic tools and techniques
- 6Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
