Requirements5
- 1Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of eligibility
- 2Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field with bachelor's degree
- 35+ years of progressively responsible PT experience
- 4H-1B visa sponsorship available
- 5Relocation assistance provided
