Requirements5
- 1Active Arizona Physical Therapist License or eligible
- 2Graduate of an accredited DPT or PT program
- 3Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred but not required
- 4Manual therapy experience preferred
- 5Vestibular rehabilitation or dry needling experience a plus
