What You'll Do10
- 1Drive a company vehicle to 10-15 appointments per day, maintaining a punctual schedule.
- 2Inspect homes and businesses for pests, identifying entry points and nesting sites.
- 3Apply EPA-approved treatments in attics, crawl spaces, and confined areas.
- 4Document service details on a tablet after each stop, ensuring accurate records.
- 5Communicate treatment plans to customers, addressing their concerns with clarity.
- 6Set traps and exclusion devices to prevent future infestations.
- 7Follow safety protocols, wearing PPE and handling chemicals per label.
- 8Upsell additional services when signs of termites or rodents are present.
- 9Maintain an immaculate service vehicle, restocking supplies daily.
- 10Mentor new techs during their first 90 days, sharing best practices.
Requirements10
- 13+ years of driving experience with a valid CA driver's license.
- 2Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years.
- 3Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- 4Comfortable working in confined spaces, on ladders, and in all weather.
- 52+ years of customer service experience preferred.
- 6High school diploma or equivalent.
- 7Must be at least 18 years old.
- 8Willing to undergo paid training and obtain state licensing within 30 days.
- 9Able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- 10Strong problem-solving skills for complex pest cases.
