- 6Meet customer experience goals and exceed revenue targets through effective sales strategies
- 7Provide guidance to CSRs regarding the sales and referral process
- 8Promote customer satisfaction with professionalism and a friendly demeanor
- 9Answer customer questions confidently and maintain confidentiality
- 10Follow the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and adhere to established policies
- 11Participate in loan processing and open/close financial center operations as directed
