People Business Partner
Overview

What You'll Do17
- 1Act as strategic advisor and coach to business leaders on organizational design workforce planning and talent management
- 2Translate business strategy into People strategy leading redesign efforts and advising on team structure job leveling and role clarity
- 3Partner with senior leadership to diagnose organizational health anticipate people issues and develop proactive solutions
- 4Execute core talent programs including performance reviews talent calibrations compensation planning and promotion cycles
- 5Coach managers on performance management leadership development and succession planning
- 6Identify training needs and collaborate with Talent Experience team to create development programs aligned with business objectives
- 7Manage complex employee relations issues through resolution with manager people operations and legal teams
- 8Maintain knowledge of legal requirements reduce risk and ensure compliance within client group
- 9Analyze HR and business data to identify trends and propose data driven solutions
- 10Maintain workforce plans and headcount forecasts in collaboration with finance manager of people and business leaders
- 11Track and report key People metrics providing regular updates to leadership on organizational health
- 12Support engagement surveys cross department focus groups training and resources
- 13Champion cultural initiatives and company values within assigned departments
- 14Ensure compensation benefits and recognition programs are communicated effectively
- 15Facilitate engagement surveys and feedback mechanisms to improve working environment
- 16Provide career guidance and propose internal movement solutions
- 17Partner with hiring managers to define roles create interview questions and build talent pipelines
Requirements6
- 1Bachelor's degree or comparable formal training certification and or work experience
- 24+ years of experience in human resources
- 3Demonstrated experience working with varying levels of leadership
- 4Ability to set up and track metrics to drive business results
- 5Working knowledge of compensation strategy employee relations organizational design performance management employment law and DEIB
- 6SHRM Certified Professional or SHRM Senior Certified Professional preferred
