What You'll Do9
- 1Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ cardiovascular health including medical histories and physical exams
- 2Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices tailored to patient needs
- 3Collaborate with physicians nurses and providers to coordinate comprehensive care
- 4Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as required
- 5Educate patients and families about cardiovascular health disease prevention and management
- 6Perform diagnostic tests and interpret cardiology lab results
- 7Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems
- 8Participate in outpatient care for chronic cardiovascular conditions
