What You'll Do9
- 1Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone to create an exceptional first impression
- 2Quote and bind personal and commercial insurance policies including Auto Homeowners Workers Comp General Liability Umbrella
- 3Market prospect and close sales opportunities to grow your book of business
- 4Use admitted and surplus lines carriers to quote and place business efficiently
- 5Proactively follow up on quotes renewals and cross-sell opportunities
- 6Identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions that protect clients properly
- 7Maintain organized timely communication with clients and carriers
- 8Request referrals from satisfied clients to expand the agencies reach
- 9Support agency goals by providing high-quality service and client retention
Requirements5
- 1Active Property Casualty License
- 2Commercial Lines experience preferred with Workers Compensation and General Liability for artisan contractors
- 3Experience quoting through both surplus lines and admitted markets
- 4Bilingual English Spanish preferred
- 5Excellent communication problem-solving and customer service skills
