What You'll Do7
- 1Coordinate diagnostic evaluations, treatments, surgeries, and follow-up appointments for patients in the breast clinic program.
- 2Partner with clinical care staff and providers to meet regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- 3Serve as the point of access for patients, referring providers, and the Vanderbilt community.
- 4Develop short- and long-term goals to ensure program success and growth.
- 5Facilitate patient access to providers, educational materials, and care coordination.
- 6Support marketing and business model improvements to expand program reach.
- 7Establish contact with new and existing patients to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements7
- 13+ years of relevant experience in patient coordination or healthcare program support.
- 2High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3Intermediate proficiency in Program Management.
- 4Novice proficiency in Process Improvement.
- 5Novice proficiency in Financial Processes, including monitoring costs and budgets.
- 6Novice proficiency in Peer Leadership and influencing team outcomes.
- 7Novice proficiency in Quality Management and Networking.
